Hints:-

·                 Please obey all road rules - keep left and ride in pairs when safe.  Always use common sense and think safety first.  Bring sufficient water!! - and don’t forget the sunscreen!

·                 If you are unsure about something cycling - please ask questions - everyone has to start somewhere - we all did!.

·                 If you enjoyed the ride - perhaps thank each other as you leave - giving a “Thank You” shares a nice feeling!

·                 Don’t forget - These rides are not competitive and are on open public roads with traffic.  All riders are to share the road and obey all traffic regulations at all times.
