(This is a 'no-frills' website to help share information about the goings on of BUG-Roma.)
BUG-Roma is a community based group of people who ride bicycles and advocate for improved convenient and safe bicycle friendly facilities for the Roma community.
(BUG = Bicycle User Group - a group which collectively advocates to improve bicycle recognition, facilities and activities within suburbs or towns.)
(Not much advocacy
has occurred since 2004 ... some people have left town and for some, work has
got busier! However the regular rides have generally been maintained.
Feel free to make contact if you would like to
assist with advocacy, any ideas to promote more cycling in Roma, or just
wish to go for rides!)
